Podcast!
The Holistic Huskies podcast was created by UConn students to bring light to real mental health stories of students and faculty at UConn. The podcast was entered as a project in the 2020 Innovate Wellness Challenge to fight stigma against conversation around mental health and build genuine support and connection among students. The Holistic Huskies Podcast aims to open the conversation about mental health by inviting students and faculty to speak on topics relevant to the mental health journey coinciding with the student experience at the University of Connecticut and beyond.
