Interests:
My clinical interests include eating disorders, self-image, body dysmorphia, and interpersonal difficulties. Other areas of clinical interest include cultural identity development, multicultural intersectionality, and intergenerational trauma. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy cooking, baking, and breaking.

Therapeutic Approach:
My clinical approach is rooted in client-centered collaboration and goals centered around enhancing client self-agency. I utilize frameworks from both acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to create a therapeutic space that encourages clients to acknowledge their struggles, values, and goals to consider the ways they can enact positive change in their lives. My clinical style revolves around mutual authenticity from both clients and myself, security around expressing and exploring one’s vulnerabilities, and the self-guided generation of client-driven insight.
