Interests:
My clinical interests include working with adolescents and young adults, with a particular interest in trauma-informed care. I am especially interested in complex trauma and C-PTSD, anxiety, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, and emotion regulation. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy hiking and skiing as well as embroidery and painting with acrylics, watercolor, and oil.

Therapeutic Approach:
My therapeutic approach is primarily DBT-informed and relational. I also incorporate elements of ACT and CBT. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship can help individuals feel safe, understood, supported, and empowered to commit to the healing process. My goal is to create a space where emerging adults are able to develop a sense of confidence and self-compassion as they take their first steps toward healing.
